or maybe that should be her, seeing as she is a 'gorjuss' gal!!! This card is for the Midnight Madness sketch. This week ther are 2 sketches so I kinda blended them both together.

Again, the scrap drawer worked its magic and came up with yellow - not normally a colour I would use but there you go

Mojo Monday on a Sunday!

Whew, been a right Last Minute Harry with my challenges this week!!! This is for the Mojo Monday sketch, which I flipped.

I've no idea where the 2 girls come from but arnt they fab?! They were from a stamp RAK swap. Everything is from my scrap drawer, hence why its pink. That was the top colour so I just worked from there!

Got shed loads of birthday cards to make for the next few weeks so off to peruse some sketches.

Lots to Do challenge

This is for the Lots to Do Challenge which this week is to make a tag. Nothing difficul about that I hear you cry? Well, it cant be tagged shapped (which isnt that difficult either but I wanted to build up the suspense lol)

The tag is also supposed to have stamping on it so I have slightly cheated a and added something that is stamped rather than stamping the actual tag but hey, serves me right not to read the full instructions before I start LMAO!

As to my black eye, I did it by turning round fast in my computer chair and banging it into something that was stuck out at my eye level - pretty mundane really!

New things Sunday!!!

Yup, I tried a new thing today. Inspired by Hilda's gorgeous faux porcelain and using Sherry Cheever's fabulous tutorial I got out my melt and made this!!

Now, I cant show you all of it as it forms part of someone's birthday present, but I think it dosent look half bad. Because of the colours I used it's got kind of a chinese jade thing goin' on (if you've been to the orient you'll know what Im on about! lol)

On the downside of today, I have given myself a black eye - in my craft room! Can you believe it!! Not that you probably (nor should!) care but I am totally going for the sympathy vote here LOL. And no, I didnt fall over all the crap on the floor (as my OH asked!) as I TIDIED (thats right!) tidied up in here yesterday! What a weekend :o)

A bit late this week, but I have been dead busy at work!!!

The papers are scraps from a Dovecraft set, the image is one I received as an RAK. I didnt have any lace to follow the sketch so I used a doillie instead (well, seeing as I dont have afternoon tea it may as well get used! LOL)

Mermaids, mermaids everywhere!!!

And purple mermaids at that!!! I based the card around the fish (did you ever think you would read that in a sentence LOL) The fish is actually an earring - the other one disappeared so I dont wear them.
