OMG this took me ages!!!!!! I used 6 beer mats, covered them with DCWV paper (Once upon a Time) then used my Bind it All machine (did I mention I got one for Christmas ;oP) to put holes in them. I then 
stamped images using Rhonna Farrer's Christmas swirls (yes I know its not Christmas anymore!) 
and Crafty Secrets Bird Notes, added some sequins and glitter, eh voila! Then came the hard bit! threading them all together which took ages! The bow on top I made from the left over papers with a pattern I found from a forum I'm on. I hope the recipient will appreciate it (I know they will!) Thanks for looking
