Mermaid canvas

I made this for my friends birthday. It's made using a stamp from Third Coast Stampers (who I love). Huge thanks to Paula who first put me on to these because I saw her gorgeous card using this stamp in Craft Stamper magazine! I stamped the image in Stazon then used acrylic paints to build up dimension. The shell's were from a Hawaiian lay that I was given on my honeymoon (hey, there's no room for sentimentality in crafting LOL) I am pretty pleased with the result if I do say so myself. It actually turned out more or less to how I pictured it in my head :o)

Like you, I am a huge fan of these Third Coast Stampers stamps but I have honestly never seen this one used in a more beautiful way. It is like her hair is just part of the water. Gorgeous!
