Not all that charming!!

Nicky over on UKS is hosting a charm swap. We have to make 14 charms all the sameas part of the swap. Although mine are the same they are subtly different! For mine I decided to use glass and solder - much to the dismay of my poor fingertips!!! I measured 1/2 inch squares out on some microscopic slides then cut them with my glass cutter.

I then stamped and embossed a botanical background stamp onto card that I had sprayed with glimmer mist. I finished each charm off with a bead. Eh voila! Off to rub hand cream onto some very sore fingers LOL

What on earth do you mean not all that charming.. i'm lovely i am .. oh i see i guess you ment your fingers after all that soldering, but worth it as the charms have turned out just great :)

Oh you are so brave cutting up glass- I do admire you - and those charms are really pretty.

They may have taken a toll on your hands but I'd say the toil was well worth it in the end because these are gorgeous Claire!
