RE-cycling!!

This weeks theme over at Lots to Do is vintage, that, coupled with Allsorts theme of altering/recycling means I came up with this!

Now, as usual, I forgot to take a bloomin pic of the item BEFORE I started on it, thats why this pic shows it looking a bit naked (ooer missus!) It started off life as a cardboard box of biscuits - you know, the kind those posh one's come in.

I covered it over with some paper, which links me nicely to the Oh Alice challenge which, this week is to include text in your project - eh voila!

Once covered with paper I then set about 'vintaging' it up (is that even a word?) As you can see I added ribbon to tidy it up. Everything else is from my 'I'll keep this cos it might come in handy for something later' box.

The flowers I made using a Paperartsy and just basically
fiddling about with them till they looked right!
Anyhow, thats my post. Thanks for sticking with it till the end LOL
have a fabulous Monday!!
:o)

Hels you are hilarious

It's fabulous - what a gorgeous box, and well worth altering it into a vintage work of art
